- Mobility
This will be all about improving ranges of motion not only passively, but with deliberate control. The difference from classic mobility training is that this system stemmed from a needs analysis of the most recurrent patterns in a movement practice. You will be offered the very best selection of patterns and drills.
In practice: We will expand your lexicon that will update your training regime with a variety of lunges, stances, splits, sits, kneelings, pancakes, reverse hinges, tables, bridges, extensions, side flexions, curls and beyond.
- Dynamic conditioning

This mini-course will teach you to stand on your hands freely without support. You will learn a methodology used with thousands of students so far that just works. How to prep for it, how to structure your sessions, how to overcome the fear of falling, and how to reach this very important goal. This will be crucial for your development in this field.
