In practice: You will learn a variety of locomotion elements, crawls of all kinds, dynamic push-ups, knee and elbow levers, headstands, handstand transitions, presses, traverses, legs manoeuvres, and a variety of planks to combine in a never-ending and liberating puzzle of sweat and enjoyment.
